Your order will be dispatched 1-3 working days after your purchase, and express postage from Byron Bay will take 1-2 working days depending on your location

Please note: Orders shipped internationally may incur additional fee’s & duties. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rests solely with the customer.

Please note we are not able to accept returns for any reason due to the perishable nature of our products.

We are unable to exchange/refund change of mind orders, we take upmost care to deliver your bars to you safely. Though if for whatever reason you receive damaged bars, please email hello@thedailybar.co within 7 days of receiving your delivery and we will sort it out ASAP
Hot Weather + chocolate. In warmer months please get your parcel shipped to an address at which it won't be sitting in the sun, as our bars do melt. However if this is unavoidable and your bars do get soft, just place them in the fridge for half and hour and they'll be back to full health. Please note that if your bars should melt in transit, they may not look quite as good, but we assure you they'll taste just as amazing, but unfortunately we can't be held responsible for this.
